Re: Archive.org and their biggest threat ever

Genderdesk rarely mentions Wikipedia as far as I can see. Is the blogger really a Wikipedia critic?

Re: Reddit wars

Ugh. I've just been reading [that] thread on Wikipediocracy from years ago, although the lawsuit is from this year. Do they post here or do they just feud on Wikipedia and Reddit? And goes around the internet trying to scrub the evidence. The threads are being edited now. A large proportion of posts...

Re: Reddit wars

Ond_Tvilling banned the brother, who then kicked right off on the other thread.

You know about these folks? Who are the Romarys?

The Wikipedia threads on Reddit are lively at the moment. https://www.reddit.com/r/True_WikiInAction/comments/ijc565/ecu_unc_bog_wikipedia_admins_and_their_sock_farms/ This was cross-posted to another thread, where Ond_Tvilling became involved in an argument with the OP and another poster outed Dysk...

Re: WPO - no new members

Hi NTMU

Thanks for the welcome. My last post hasn't shown up yet. I recognize some names from Reddit and WPO.

Re: WPO - no new members

Thanks for the welcome. I feel like I know quite a few of the people here already from Reddit and so on.

First time I waited for WPO was 3 months - that was last year - then I emailed to ask. Last time was 9 days ago - again, just one email and no follow-up.

WPO - no new members

Hi. I'm a new member here, posting for the first time. I'm not a Wikipedia editor, but I'm trying to learn more about the processes and characters controlling the site.

I tried (twice) to sign up for WPO, but my account was not activated on either occasion, so thanks for admitting me here.
