Re: WO now has a "secret" subreddit

I'd be very curious to see who he'd let in if all of us who don't think he'd let us actually did ask to join. Is there any proof that anyone has been let in?

Re: Greg Kohs warring with Gender Desk

Kohs hasn't denied the DMCA but is playing around not answering if he did it by putting out the idea that he may have been Joe-jobbed. How childish.

Re: UK newspapers are not happy with the Folly Of Wales

The British Academy gave Wales a medal? Ludicrous. Academia is eating itself.

Re: WO now has a "secret" subreddit

https://www.reddit.com/r/wikipediocracy Yes, people I know have asked for access, and been denied. By Vigilant. Also, it appears that r/wikiinaction is now TDK's favorite place to post items about people fighting with Greg Kohs. m I wonder who Vigilant is letting in. I suppose WO must be allowing h...

Re: Encyclopedia Dramatica -- crap or not crap

Perhaps at some point in the future when you are less busy you and Viharo might consider having him interview you on video. So tarantino thinks he's a WP criticism batman who responds to relevant situations with information and that's it. I wonder if he feels overwhelmed with the prospect of documen...

Re: Tech Moan dings Wikipedia article on Atari Video Music

I wonder if that particular book the guy in the video mentioned would be considered a reliable source on Wikipedia. Thanks for the example, suckadmin. I dunno but looks like the article has been updated with that info. It may be that the book is considered a reliable source. I'd think that would de...

Re: Encyclopedia Dramatica -- crap or not crap

I think they'd let Viharo back with no problem. At this point I think there's a chance they'd let you back. If Barbour showed up saying he wanted to save the place, they really should let him have a shot at it.

Re: Encyclopedia Dramatica -- crap or not crap

That is the question. We start with this new VICE article, which actually isn't a hit piece: m This is what makes ED so fascinating as a case study, a record of social media's awkward adolescence before it was marketed to more mainstream users as closely-monitored and Zuckerbergian. This is why, as...

Yes, that is news. What a weirdo. No wonder he connected with Bannon.
