Honestly it doesn't matter what they call it. Unless the WMF starts making this a paid activity, the Signpost/Citation or whatever they want to call it is destined for failure. In a thriving volunteer movement The Signpost would do fine. The degradation of the volunteer community is really showing....

The tension are due to 3 people mostly, 2 of which are trustees so good luck making that site better as long as they are in there.
