This is a bit crunchier, though I've only just gotten started folding the relevant-(to-this-case) bit about the Form 990 yet.

What do you know about User:Yann, Eric?

Yann Forget was one of the original people who set up Wikimedia Commons. Embedded fanboy who usually votes to protect insiders, keeps a low profile otherwise. He works at a university in Brussels. I've paid him little attention because he's really not a major figure except maybe in posting maps on Commons.
