Oh yeah, a couple of times. Not counting their trouble last year with PHPBB upgrading which took them offline for weeks. We had the same problem.
And I don't recall ever seeing any open discussion of these "unexplained outage things".

Malicious bots overloaded the server, host shut us down until Somey can fix a few things and they approve the fix.
