The latest motion, filed on July 14, states within Estelle's files was "a copy of the Wikipedia page" titled "Capital punishment in Texas" on the printout with a Post-It note reading "Research" next to highlighted passages of "Habeas corpus appeals" and "Subsequent or successive writ applications."
Just another item to make one wonder: how many people lost their lives thanks to bad Wikipedia content. We will probably never know--but there is bound to be at least one. And there may be others in the near future.

I read somewhere that judges are starting to use WP as well.
