Since the media seldomly questions/criticizes Wikipedia, have critiques made an effort to send them content?

There are a lot of efforts. Most prominent one so far is the exposure of Holocaust distortion by Jan Grabowski and Shira Klein.

However this offers the most promising route in getting Wikipedia criticism into a mainstream topic.

Do I really need to link to a few of my past comments, on the "rewards" Wikipedia critics have received for criticizing the "Magical Wiki"? Does this give you some idea of why Wikipedia criticism is so difficult to push into the public eye?
