If you feel the subject does not meet the general notability guideline, nominate it for deletion. It's probably a borderline case. Jonathunder (talk) 00:09, 20 August 2016 (UTC)

This seems borderline because if it wasn't for the CNN interview his past wouldn't have inspired an entry. Might be WP:BLP1E--CharlesDeMint (talk) 20:57, 2 January 2017 (UTC)

Executive VP of Trump Organization and personal lawyer to the president? This is who you think should be nominated for speedy deletion? He has good references and is noteworthy. He should stay.Blacklist21 (talk) 04:56, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

Fuckheads. Whether you are left, center or right in your political beliefs, this is just petty garbage. Well-known Wikipedia insiders Jytdog, Woebegone (I suspect he's done some paid editing) and Neutrality (who ain't) have been on this article like flies on shit since early 2017. They even chose an uncomplementary photo of Cohen to put at the top.

These are the same people (Wikipedians) who can never lock a BLP, even if it is constantly vandalized, so you get the Sandy Frank vandalism, the Justin Bieber vandalism, etc. This is yet another crap article, like the one on the Kirby vacuum cleaner corporation.

However, when The Baffler is calling you "the most sketchiness-adjacent man alive" in a capsule overview in a series on the people entering the Trump administration, it has to come from somewhere.

His legal alma mater is well-known online as a scam school and "fourth tier toilet", ranty takedown here, 2011 story on why Cooley sued a law firm trying to start a class-action lawsuit and some former graduates running a couple of law scam blogs.

If they just went with that, and left it along with a summary of his personal history, then there would be no problem. Cohen is a classic attack-dog attorney and he is damn far from the the only one, nor even the only one on Trump's payroll. Wealthy and powerful people want lawyers like Cohen and don't care which law school or "law school" they went to, just as long as they can file briefs and motions in the local courthouse. All that complaining about "Saul Goodman" types is hypocritical when the complainer suddenly needs an aggressive attorney.

This article resembles a breathless tabloid-newspaper whispering campaign. Endless changes are piled up and fought over as things unfold. Splutter splutter--and if Wikipedia lasts another 10 years, Cohen will be forgotten and this article will probably get shorter, if it isn't deleted completely.

Remember, there are lawyers in Hollywood who make Cohen look like a minor paper-pusher.

Go ahead, type "Neville Johnson" into Wikipedia's search box....

Finally, if anyone wishes to bitch about T-Word Our Cartoon President, why don't they bring up his mob-friendly development deals and his weird overseas operations?....."pee tapes" are funny and all but hey....
