Good, bad, biased, paid or what-have-you. There's an endless supply.

She actually did not uncover evidence of COI or paid editing. What is apparent is that the editor in question has had communication with Buttigieg at some point. That establishes neither COI nor "paid." This story was fluff. Again, bottom line: editors may have a political opinion, may edit in some way supporting that opinion. Big surprise? And do Slate authors write stories that support their own opinions?

(That's a question, not a claim.)

One of the musicians I see on Facebook routinely is Michael Whalen. (Today he's complaining about the price of a new Mac Pro.)

I've asked him if he wrote his own Wikipedia biography but he won't respond.

More work of obvious paid editors, including Srich32977

Mentioned because Scott McMillan, the founder of this "high quality law school thing", is babbling that "not productive" elderly people should die (of covid).....and he's getting attention for it.

And there you are, a REFERENCE! Maybe they should keep the article, just to mock him.....

Everyone who is talking in that way is a fucking Idiot.

We have in Holland a other policy than Italy. Old people with other serious medical problems we just let go, we put them in a warm nice bed, give them morfine and wish them a good journey to the afterlife. We are free minded peeps in Holland, we consder it as a normal process people of that age die.
Italy not, Italy is a Roman Catholic country, it's with it's Vatican the centre of the Catholic believe. A doctor will even try to save a dead body there.

HALF of the people in Holland on the intensive care because of this policy are people under the 50 years old! There was today a article in the newspaper about it.
Ad random healthy, strong young people got ill and after a week they come in a critical stage.
The statistics fool you, it is logic if someone in a nursery house with a poor health die because of this virus. But that is with the flu the same.

This virus is much more tricky and dangerous than most people think!

Here, the link if you don't take my word for it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Richard_Epstein
The editor "White whirlwind" removed all content sourced to a New Yorker interview where Epstein elaborated on his reckless coronavirus gibberish, which influenced the Trump administration's response to the coronavirus pandemic. The content is obviously DUE, and it's hard to think of content that's more DUE than a man who influenced a White House administration's response to an enormous crisis explaining his thinking in a solid RS, such as the New Yorker. The editor removed it because the content was "far too much possibly biased coverage", which is just another way of saying that this editor personally disagrees with the content and seeks to whitewash it. It should be restored immediately. Snooganssnoogans (talk) 12:26, 30 March 2020 (UTC)
In fact, White whirlwind has a "interesting history". Normally focuses on Chinese history and Mormonism, yet seems determined to whitewash Epstein's personal history. As well as the WP coverage of assorted other prominent conservative law figures. Mere spergitry? Paid work?

https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?ti ... =371420673

Needless to say, Snooganssnoogans and TimothyDexter have been inserting more and more comments about Epstein's Hoover essay claiming that only about 500 Americans would die of Covid and that most human lives were "not worth saving" or suchlike. Now the article harps on this subject in numerous locations, to excess. Typical.

Just FYI, someone called "lewishamilton" posted an item on the forum. And linked to their own company, which performs paid editing of Wikipedia. Juice correctly moved it to the holding pen. This is spam masquerading as "content discussion".

I'd like very much to hear from this company about their operations, but as usual, they are ignoring requests for more info. Because of course it would probably compromise their sockpuppet accounts on WP.
When you want to run a successful marketing campaign for your business organization or brand you need to make sure that your target audience is getting updated information about your business. And you have a Wikipedia page that is helping you with your marketing then a professional Wikipedia editor is very necessary for your business organization as this professional editor will make sure to edit your wiki page and keep it updated with all the facts and figures regarding your business organization or brand. Cascadiaresearch is probably Micah White, who is either the co-founder of Occupy Wall Street, or a scurrilous grifter or both.

Hmm, good find. Chances are really good it's him or a close friend. "Lovemankind83" keeps trying to remove the unsourced statements and keeps failing. There's also the glorious Phonecharger. No one is watching this otherwise.
