KerryS50 certainly seems to have brought in some scoops on the Lamothe family and their innovative doings, they even scooped out some scandals. Not too surprising they didn't come back to add anything about PetroCaribe. (ยงยง)

Lynn's bio got longer and longer in January 2014 thanks to the fanatical grinding of "IndieQueenPDX" and IP address 76.115.54.155, and Drmies AND Eric Corbett would show up and politely fix the river of garbage. This is clear proof that LGBTQ "activists" receive unequal favorable treatment on Wikipedia. The rules are not for them.[/size]
I'm pretty sure you've misread the terrible two's intentions here. To my eye, it fits their standard model, suitably adjusted for the unusual scenario where the target politely cooperates (the best strategy to save as much of their autobio as they can). That probably threw them, hence why they seem to have lost interest after Jan 2014.

This was archived, probably because it's stupid/funny as hell and shows (yet again) what shitheads Steven Walling, Drmies and FeralOink are, and how easy it is to "purify" articles about corporations. Especially when Jimbo is an investor therein. (Tom Morris tried to recuse himself for good reason: he's a major volunteer admin on Quora.)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Quora/Archive_1

Also, this person/thing from Nova Scotia repeatedly claimed that someone else was paid-editing the Quora article. Yet looks like a paid editor.

In an email from my friend John Atwood:

My response:
This became commonplace in the 1990s, thanks to the Reagan and Bush 1 administrations telling Big Pharma that they would "rein in" the FDA so drugmakers could maximize profits. Every president since then has taken a similar position. Yes, even Obama.

Did I tell you about what happened to Donnatal, the common IBS medication that dated back to the 1930s? The patent ran out in the 1950s. It was a cheap generic drug--until a sleazy Canadian outfit bought the rights to the name and the only production line left......and they've also been doing the same with other generic drug production. There were old studies showing that it helped with some IBS symptoms, but someone at the FDA is now claiming only new studies are acceptable for determining an old "DESI" drug's effectiveness. It appears they want any and all barbiturates off the market at all costs (because "OMG they're abusable!!!"), Donnatal being at the top of the list. The FDA has simply become incompetent and political, a beast of the "Drug War". And Concordia is taking advantage of this incompetence. People who benefit from Donnatal, like ME, are up shit creek.

And you should see the crappy Wikipedia article about Donnatal. Completely rewritten by a blatantly paid editor earlier this year.

It should be pretty fuckin' obvious by now that

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Laplandian

Is in fact Katerina Ksenyeva, obscure actress and apparent egomaniac. She has gotten away with openly venerating herself and her father Yuri Mamin since 2011. Why? Because she's Jewish, and has been editing Jewish subjects on WP since 2006.

When are the Israel/Palestine Nut Patrol going to notice this? Or have they already done so, and decided she's "gabba gabba one of us"?

Plus her writing is not very good. English is a second/third language I'm guessing.

The Delaware Democratic Party needs to do a better job of hiding its COI editing.
