Even worse, in both the book and that puff piece, Phelps is literally treated as a footnote.
As I've said, journalism in this country is in the toilet. Consider the shitshow over E. Jean Carroll's recent New York article about being molested by The Donald back in 1996. Major news outlets literally attempted to pretend it didn't exist.
