https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia ... articles_4Well well well. The Wikipedia self-government are going to bring peace to the Middle East. But not before they sort the more important issue of Fram. And the horrendously delayed Antisemitism in Poland case, or so you would presume anyway.
For those thoroughly confused, this Case resulted from a Request for Clarification about the previous case (#3), that languished on their docket for three months.
Still. Peace in the Middle East. Wow. Can't wait!

For completeness, let us not forget the (now incomplete) history in this area:
Mediations and RFCs
This list may not be exhaustive. Many rejected mediations are not listed here.
2006:
Israel
Israel-Lebanon conflict
Israel-Lebanon conflict Photographs
More Israel-Lebanon conflict
Jack Abramoff and Israel/Palestine
Allegations of Israeli Apartheid
UN resolutions concerning Israel and Palestine
Ceasefire attempts during the 2006 Israel-Lebanon conflict
2007:
Israel-Lebanon conflict (still going!)
Israeli-Palestinian conflict
Israel_Palestinian Peace Process
2008:
Israeli-Palestinian conflict (still going!)
Hezbollah userbox squabble, January, a demented and meaningless mess.
2010:
Israel and the apartheid analogy
History of ancient Israel and Judah
Israeli settlements
2011:
Israel and the Apartheid Analogy
Mohammed, a longterm battle and still not resolved.
Arbitrations
For an excellent summary of the mess, consult the blocks and bans arbitration page. It gets longer every year.
2004:
Lance6wins, July, restricted early pro-Israel wargamer Lance6wins, while admin Zero0000 lost his adminship for 2 weeks and was on probation for 2 months.
2005:
HistoryBuffEr and Jayjg
2006:
Zeq, minor restrictions were handed out, the war continued.
Israeli apartheid
Israel-Lebanon
2007:
Allegations of apartheid, in which Arbcom chickens out again.
Zeq-Zero0000, wherein both Zeq and administrator Zero0000 were "admonished". Pointless, as usual. Zeq went right back to baiting Zero0000, Zero took the bait, and was threatened with desysop by Arbcom.
CharlotteWebb, wherein Jayjg is caught abusing Checkuser for his own purposes. Arbcom chickened out, the arbitration was "blanked as a courtesy", and the madness continued unabated.
2008:
Palestine_Israel articles, repeatedly amended since closure
CAMERA lobbying, in which numerous CAMERA members were caught abusing Wikipedia, especially Zeq and Gni.[30]
2009:
West Bank - Judea and Samaria, insane mess, never settled
Related: Mohammed, heated up in 2011-2012.
Another issue was the Syrian civil war article, which an administrator tried to put under Arab-Israeli arbitration enforcement in 2013. Arbcom later decided to leave it as a separate issue, whereupon it became the target of numerous sockpuppet accounts. [31][32] It was originally started in 2011 under another name; by 2018 the main article was 330k bytes long and the talkpage had 46 archives--a clear sign of major editwarring. Many of the major editors were also involved in Russia/Ukrainian editwarring.
The blocks and bans were merged into the general arbitration log page.
