The Manx language Wikipedia is off the rails

And sure enough: it's completely dominated by ONE GUY, "MacTire02". Who appears to at least know the language somewhat. And is grinding out bios of porn stars. (He's already done a raft of articles about TV shows, popular movies, and actors. Why??)

Historical reference: two years ago there was a scandal over the Scots Wikipedia being pwned by an American teenaged brony/furry/whatever who didn't actually know Scots and used auto-translation to generate "content". Most of which was crap. Similar things have happened on various Wikipedias for obscure languages. It's "routine".
