Author Philip Roth has died.

Remember his battle with Wikipedia over "The Human Stain?"

PS our little monster Cirt/Sagecandor tried to nominate it for Good Article last year, and failed. Ha ha.

This embarrassed Wikipedia tremendously. Yet there's nothing left of it but the screechfest on the talkpages, and the mess of the edit history. If that disappears, it will be totally forgotten. Like most Wiki scandals.
