Personally, I feel like I can sleep much better without the extra buzz. This includes coffee and chocolate.

Interesting article for further reading (though for some reason, it does not mention chocolate): https://www.theguardian.com/food/2021/j ... to-give-up

I learned the hard way.

My caffeine consumption became so bad that I needed to go to a hospital in the middle of the night. Then in 2014 I drank tea that contained too much sodium, causing me the same problems.

I ran into a walk-in clinic (bad idea) and bad stuff happened to me there. Some bad thing i have to live with.

Same thing coincidentally happened the same month when i went to another clinic. Worse happened there.

I even went to psychics and each told me i've been cursed.

But yeah I stopped caffeine for the same reason. I just drink black tea with red path brown sugar. No calories there.

The black tea provides with sufficient alkaline and mental stimulation.

Never have I drunken beans, but I have plenty of tea of various colours every day. Plain green tea from the supermarket is good stuff for its price, and you can get three or four uses out of a bag, unless you find the slight degradation in flavour unbearable.
