You should note he bailed three years ago.
He is screwed. Once certain patrollers watchlist a userpage, that account is burned to the ground. They will KEEP watchlisting it for years.
You would think Wikipedia would LOVE to have a Yemeni Muslim editing it. You would be wrong.
