It was only a matter of time. That's what happens to anyone that critics wikipedia. That's why Zoloft stopped running wikipediocracy as a criticism site and has opted to let it become another wikipedia enablement forum.

Ackshually, this is unintelligible. SWAPP? What's that, and why do I get the impression Sashi has no clue about how to actually criticize Wikipedia, on-wiki, without getting immediately whacked and it looks legit to passers-by. Rule 1: Brevity is the soul of wit. Rule 2: be nice. NPA. Even if the user is a Total Ass. Let someone else throw the book at them. Ah, but I learned in that school of hard knocks and short blocks. Still, I did get an admin reprimanded and another desysopped and it took a couple of years before I really gave up and did what it would take to get indeffed and, horse gone out the barn door, banned.

There is no rule to block an editor for posting a link to an alleged attack page. Sashi was right and funny to call him a mandarin, but that did not help him... TPA revoked.

El_C is a very unlikely account: 6 years of inactivity, 2 times removed admin rights, for inactivity, but asked to return both times, then inactivity again.
On his return in March 2019, he immediately jumped into WP:ANI, became the most active there with 7*12+ hours booked every week. Became full-time police chief, owning the noticeboards.
Admins like the autocratic Bbb23 fully support him, and cover for him, when his abuses are questioned. This suggests longer relations than just since March.

The account is possibly operated by more people. The timezone of activity changed between the active periods, which coupled with the instant police chief start, makes it likely, that the account changed owners. Possibly to a desysopped admin, or banned user. Do we know one like that before March 2019?

A very creative way of getting indef-blocked, and in true Sab-O-Tur style, every chance of an unblock. I doff my hat. Panache! Extra credit for lasting so long, especially while technically wearing a WP:NOOSE.
