There's nothing more to see here. All editors involved in the discussion at the Jackson Talk page should focus on their content dispute(s), not on whether other editors are new or being canvassed or whatever. At the same time, editors who feel "attacked" should ignore the comments and also focus only on content. I see again a dosis TonyBallioni here, but is that TonyTrollioni not just a sock of Professor Dr Mies? Blocks for incivility are not common on Wikipedia and the behavior has to be much more egregious and extensive than one "dick" and one "fuck off" to cause an admin to lay a block on an editor for this reason.

A true statement no doubt, but sadly missed a whole boat load of the actual context (editor with severe self-control issues but good insta-apology game gets away with it for the hundredth time).

Basically, all parts of WP:CIV except WP:NPA are unenforceable by blocks. Whatever excuse they have to make, will be made. Whatever context they have to overlook, they will overlook. This is now de facto en.wiki policy.

But only for established editors like this unstable nerk, of course.

There used to be a time that editor would say he knew he couldn't simply keep apologizing after the fact and was trying to improve his reactions. He even came here to say it, to his credit. Seems to have realised now, he has no need to. The culture of Wikipedia has come down to his level.

It's always the women Administrators who let them get away with it too.
