I would like my userpage to be created. User: (talk) 20:48, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

This is pointless for a dynamic address, or a vandal. It's not going to happen. -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:52, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

I agree, you want a user page, register. MPJ-DK (talk) 21:17, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

I think all y'all should be more welcoming. Hey, IP, I suggest you start by pasting this code on your user page. All the cool kids have it. Drmies (talk) 01:10, 16 September 2018 (UTC)

So true. (With a salute to Michael Auprince and Arinn Young.) Hawkeye7 (discuss) 01:23, 16 September 2018 (UTC)

A 62-7 victory? You are a triumphalist, Drmies. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 03:19, 16 September 2018 (UTC)
That's five seriously experienced Wikipedians responding to an IP user on the Administrator's Noticeboard, and not one of them seems to have appreciated what the IP might have been asking (either for a user page because he is a static IP, or for advice in how to register so he can create an article). Why? Because they're conditioned to see IPs as nothing but vandals and miscreants. Or just stupid.

The direction the scumbag Drmies takes the thread in shows they've gone way beyond simply not caring, they're making sure the sub-humans know they don't care ("this code" referred to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Rich ... n_Tide_fan).
