"Good will" is such an innocuous phrase for what they really meant here.you've earnt no good will by basically anyone here.

Good will is what you will apparently secure if you do not mention at any point when an Administrator does something incompetent. As in, properly, this shit is going to make its way into a newspaper, idiotic.
And this from a person who claims to be coming around to the idea there are "major problems" in the way Administrators act.
So you can only imagine how fucked in the head the people who still have respect for the Administrators must be.
