Figure out all the times Kumi was banned and unbanned on Wikipedia. (I've given up myself, they destroyed all his user logs and digging thru noticeboards is sheer agony. Might have to talk to him directly.)
Then if you've managed THAT feat, do the same for his bannings from Wikipediocracy.
