Tacked onto that is a seemingly useful heads up about a crazy situation on Commons, as an example of the sort of things the critic sites can still be criticizing, that was seemingly offered up as just something he's seen, as a critic. Took very little effort to realise why he had seen it and was tracking that particular Administrator - it is of course his favourite subject, shit that has happened to him, and the Administrators to blame.

Yep I sure deserved to get banned for a talk page comment on my talk page. Cause banning people indef over talk page comments after spending years and hundreds of thousands of edits is how Wikipedia justifies getting rid of a critic.

Aside from that stupid notion by crowsnest, the real reason there aren't many candidates is that people don't respect the arbcom or their process. They have shown the community they can't be trusted and the community has finally shown they don't need or want them.

I for one sincerely hope this year sees the collapse of the arbcom.

Yeah and not one of those are from Arbcom. Those were all from the WMF trust & safety section.

Now in fairness, most of these were just low level vandals and trolls. Very few rose to the level of requiring T&S action. It's just T&S doing something to make them look relevent.
