once again, this 2016 article explains it best

This is big. Elon Musk didn't just bought a company, but also a crime scene. He made good of his promise to reveal what really happened during the coverup of Hunter Biden story.

Politics aside, this is really the Hollywood moment for Big Tech. I heard somewhere that you have a book in the works that pulls a similar fashion against Wikipedia; maybe it's time to resuscitate and publish it now that public opinion will turn against Big Tech?
prediction: nothing will come of it, sadly
If all the brands and celebs who allegedly hate Musk left to a new platform, Twitter would actually have an existential problem. Twitter's only distinguishing feature is that it's a brand and celebrity site, a place where you can worship or dunk on professionals and elites 24/7 and without delay.

Twitter is still losing ad revenue, down 59% over about a year. And as of a couple months ago.

Many prominent journalists and news organizations also seem to be leaving Twitter or at least scaling back. But few celebrities are.

Now Musk is suing everyone within striking distance
-Meta (Since he cannot do he sues)
-Twitter's takeover defense firm

And he agreed to price-fix Tesla cars in the Chinese Market
-He has no problem violating the Sherman Act
-He had to deep discount the cars into the Chinese market - as a result of price cuts the existing owners of Tesla lost face (as the car they purchased lost some luster as an elite luxury vehicle - Folks in China buy Tesla cars without a pot to piss in for face)
Every person who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony, and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine not exceeding $100,000,000 if a corporation, or, if any other person, $1,000,000, or by imprisonment not exceeding 10 years, or by both said punishments, in the discretion of the court.

Elon Musk’s Tesla offered customers a cash rebate just one day after pledging to end the ‘reckless’ EV price war in China and support Beijing’s ‘core socialist values’
In parallel AI is getting push-back in class action litigation for harvesting data on the web.

Twitter and Wikipedia - there is nothing proprietary other than a large user-base and a large volume of data respectively.

Wikipedia and Tesla - In terms of Wikipedia there is restraint of trade on the part of Google via search prioritization. Musk ventures exploit and depend on government inputs worldwide.
Wikipedia - "Barely competent and paranoid. There’s a hell of a combination."
