Yeah there's no doubt that the wayback machine and other sites will hide criticism of the WMF and it's sites. It's not a coincidence that wikipedia is one of the top ten websites when you have so many other sites helping them control and mo opolize information.

For completeness, remember that the Archive is "working with the WMF" to help Make Wikipedia Great....

You can't use Wayback to learn much about Wikipedia's internal history, so the next step would be to remove criticism. (And WP:DENY, WP:DENY,WP:DENY.)

Maybe they have some API access where they don't even have to ask an Internet Archive employee in first place.

those links aren't deleted though
it takes a lot to be deleted from waybackmachine
I still wish they didn't delete things though, as they'll often delete legal things if they find it'd attract too much negative attention to wayback
