The years long legacy of errors introduced to Wikipedia by that shit for brains Jess Wade

Here's a very typical example of how and why a Jess Wade error can last so long in Wikipedia.

In May 2019, Wade posted the biography of Orna Kupferman, that contained the line....
She acted as Head of Computer Science from 2008 to 2011.
It's as wrong now, as it was then, but it is still in the article.

How do we know it is wrong? Because luckily the source Wade included to supposedly back that shit up at the time, is still online, and it still says.....
She served as the Head of the Computer Science Department in 2005-2007 and the Head of the Engineering School in 2008-2011.
This level of absolute dumb fuckery is normal for Wade.

As is the fact it never even got noticed, presumably because, on a cursory look, it appears to be a sourced fact coming from an experienced editor.

She's still doing it today, baking in yet more years of rat turds in the already quite inedible Wikipedia cake.

But as the brains trust of Wikipediocracy asked, well, is it doing any harm, really?
