Recently Almond Plate got blocked by TonyBallioni, who claimed that they're me, probably on Fram's suggestion. No check was performed. None of Almond's edits was undone, however. So it seems to depend on which administrator does the blocking.
Bbb23 could delete the main page and get away with it.

Admins should be able to handle sincere conversations, but B-b-b shows he is weak, cuts all communications. Whoever asks sincere questions is labelled as a troll. I bet there's no right answer he could have told.
Bbb23 mass-erased all of Handroid7's legitimate pages after Handroid7 made his first unblock request, which happened hours after his actual initial block by Bbb23.
In other words: Bbb23 decided to erase all of Handroid7's pages after Handroid7 made an unblock request.
