The next step is usually to change the username to "Vanished user 239034798" or something like that. Or to snivel at an oversighter that everything has to disappear for "reasons" (they might do it, it's been done before). But the angry people will always be out there.
I still suspect he'll have a new account lined up, and then start pushing for an RFA. It will be a lot more difficult now. Even with some admin supporters, an RFA is a major ordeal, and the "brand" is extremely toxic by now.
