Specifically, they're problems entirely of their own making. Nohing they can blame on external factors, all things that can be traced to their own self governance, or lack thereof.
What started out as apparently one man's humble attempt to make sure his own greatness was duly recognised.....(my bolding)....
....turned into what seems to have been the sad proof that you can get away with quite a lot on Wikipedia, including wasting people's time and insulting readers and your fellow editors in so many egregious ways, just by describing yourself as a grumpy old bastard. My voter guide has relevant advice in it for the Arbitration Committee elections - my advice that voters do their own research on candidates is the most relevant advice given by any voter guide. ..... If you want it removed, raise discussion elsewhere as I'm somewhat disinterested in and disheartened by your nonsense. Nick (talk) 15:39, 23 November 2021 (UTC)
As if, somehow, it's not you who is doing it, it's your inner child.
Well, quite.

And that no amount of Kaflaeqsue bureaucracy can stop it, not when there are seemingly no adults supervising those activities either. Despite it being clear Nick intends his guide as a manifestly sage and serious work, it has been allowed to stand by the powers that be, because the Wikipedia editors in their wisdom have a pre-existing wide leeway specifically for guides that are satirical or non-serious. If that makes no sense, congratulations, you're an adult, in mind and body.
ArbCom's remit has never been more starkly summed up than the sober task of ensuring grown ass adults don't act like children.
It gives Nick too much credit to explain his actions away with the uniquely adult traits of arrogance and vanity. No, this is rightly described with the man-child traits of being an entitled little prick, selfish and snotty, and a massive attention seeker.
How ironic that it is in the running of their own election, that it will never be clearer that ArbCom never has and likely never will be able to reign in the children of Wikipedia.
I will ask again, because it is pertinent, where is the proof that the wholly inexperienced candidates on offer today, can do anything to stop someone like Nick doing whatever the fuck he wants to do?
They can't.
And you fucking know the returning veterans can't, the proof being that Nick is being what he is right here, right in front of their impotent faces. The conduct of Administrators is their purview.
Of course, nothing says selfish little child than than way Nick reacted to Framgate.
When the Wikimedia Foundation tried to do something about Fram's unchecked bullying, his aggressive and uncompromising grinding down of individuals in a very personal and single handed way, all in the name of Wikipedia stewardship, Nick resigned his Administrator status in protest. Literally threw his toys out the pram.
Nick apparently doesn't like it that ArbCom were found wanting in their role, and the WMF in their wisdom, as the actual legal custodians of Wikipedia, wanted to do something about it.
And as we know, what marked out all those who protested over Fram, was this very arrogant presumption that their feelings were more important than the real victims. A very childish view of the world.
Wikipedia.
Just a giant nursery really.
It's a times like this one realises that even a High School election is usually better than this pile of shit.
HTD.
