No, it just means that it's a bad media product/project. After nearly twenty years and a near-decade of declining users, they should be reaching out to the media to discuss how things have hit the skids, try to get a new band of editors, etc. Their paranoia/embarassment keep them from doing that (any outfit that could hire Erik Möller should realize that they lack shame.)
