Many things where always serious in the EU, Dockter. Copivio for instance. Because for copyright infringements you pay a lot of money in the EU and it can even be a crime, so you can end up in prison.
I told it many times before, it's a much better idea to steal bicycles than a pictures in Europe and I gave the link of a 15 year old boy who had to pay 15.000 euro for a 200pix old photo on his private blog. So ordered the judge. Midesize Jake was pissing his pants by that story, you remember?

One download on your holiday address in Germany by a your kid? 1500 euro please, and pay or I sue you. And this has very little to do with article 13 doctor, copyvio is in Holland from 1912 on strict forbidden, nothing new. So, what is your point? What makes article13 so important for you? Because it change very little at the end, what was forbidden is still forbidden and what is allowed is still allowed. Or better, nothing change in copyright at the end.
