Let's take a few steps forward in Lomax v. WMF

Well, let Statler take a few steps forward outherwise it is getting extreem boring for me, een herhaling van zetten.

Where is it all about?
About Fucking Stupid Bots who went crazy. Because thanks to fucking stupid bots where pirate kids in a line with Julia Reda, MEP of the not existing Hoax Pirate Party in front walking in the streets of Berlin, stormed they the Europarlement after they had shouted we are no bot, although a kid could understand that signatures were bottroep. And are Kum, Lomax and Staler and a few others global blocked, the first three for sure three total harmless older users. And yes that is of course defamation, no doubt about. Special as you refuse to give the reason. And are the projects a junk yard.
So here we are and do me a faror and leave all the crap from now one. This all extreem easy to proof, so it complete nonsense for us to discuss this further and further. (Correct me if I am wrong Arthur.)

What is the matter? Who is responsible. Because there is damage and we are not talking about a few thousand euro's or dollars, otherwise we all said keep the change. Get lost an fuck off. No, we are talking about millions and millions and even more. So, now we past all the shit stations what has nothing to do with the whole matter and are we in the heart of the matter.

Well, was this the mistake of the builder, designer of the software, or was it WMF there mistake because they gave every idiot acces to that software like for instance my dear comrade Romaine=> wikimedia and other lunatics who upgraded trolling to a form of art. And in this way made they the software complete corrupt.

And there is about lady's and gentleman. That is where it really is about, and again, I am no lawyer, correct me Artur if I am wrong. Because this is just a piece of the well know Statler's eight dimension chess, and nothing more or less.

If the WMF declines to do that and moves to countersue, asks the court for discovery, deposes Abd, etc, then Abd's exposure is limitless.

A countersue, Vig? What a great idea! What a brilliant idea!

Ave Caesar, morituri te salutant of Ave Imperator, morituri te salutant

He, Vig, I suppose this is a legal advice advice of a contractor from legal? And Vig, I am sure you are a very good programmer and a nice guy too, but I am afraid legal matters are not in your field of experience because you can beter advice WMF to jump from the Golden Bridge. But, if they do so I really admire there bravery.

By the way, when the Dutch chapter treated me with a trail, one email from my side with a back treat of a countersue was enough, because it had been a nice way for them to learn if I really exist and if I really know my lawyer, and it was enough to drop the whole case. So, it seems me one of the standart WMF legal ticks. Because, as I wrote on Arthur his chat is a countersue the wet dream of every legal poker player what Lomax obesely is. Nice to impress a a beginner, but not a professional legal poker player what Lomax clearly is. Or was this the advice from one of WMF's expensive top lawyers?

Wise words of this anonymous person. And @Anon63622, a courtroom is not a wiki glass bell, wiki investigations and wiki rules have nor in a America courtroom, nor in a European courtroom any value. Not any! The Wiki Titanic has entered the real world without blocking tolls and censor, and never undervalue your opponent. Loman is a cat. Lomax is a extreem dangers legal poker player, and we have a saying in Holland. Soort kent soort.
It's the Columbo card he has played, the most dangers card there is. It's a gambling man.

I have first taken a few cups of coffee and my heart medicines, Vig. How do you think I will react if I found out WMF attacks Lomax, a member of our fucking Alexander SanFanBan club in this snaky, dirty way? Waiting and just seeing how WMF tries to fuck Lomax? Me, living in a European legal system where Wmf is total powerless and out luxe state hotels are stand by for them and lets see, 120 million for damming my health as a claim?

In Europe are I-fuck-you-back-trails impossible, because a lawyer who does that lose his licences. And I have no plans to travel to the states and the American jurisdiction stops at Americans borders, so for me there is not any problem.
Liberté, égalité, fraternité, Code Napoleon. And Europan law causes are very cheap and I can do a lot myself. To proof the Dutch chapter is just a part of the European branch of WMF is absolute not hard.

And did WMF had top laywers? well, me to. Try me. Try me. Fuck Lomax with dirty tricks, and you will see what I do. And for me it is not the first time I hit back. O no, I am very good at it, no dirty tricks WMF, understood? At the moment I am just building a model train, but thinks can change very, very quick, Vig. It is over with the Wmf fucking.

Or they solve there problems in a gentleman way, or in a legal street fighters way. Well, I was always very good in street fighting. Do you know what skills you need for steet fighting, Vig? You have to be extreem cleveI.
I am a child of two worlds, Vig, i can be a perfect gentlemen, of a dammed good legal poker player and street fighter, take my word for it. And the choice is up to WMF what side of me they want to learn to know better.

And that is the situation how it is. No fucking dirty tricks anymore, Vig, because I am much better in dirty tricks than anyone. Enough is enough. Or WMF meets the two gentlemen Lomax and Graaf Staler on there way, a respecter Dutch civilian and son of the late professor how is always willing to talk in a polite and reasonable way, or the two legal streets fighters and legal poker players Lomax and Graaf Statler, so make up your choice WMF with your fucking "top lawyers". And fuck off for the rest and shut up with your bluff, Vig.

Sorry, I can't see the Video, Vig. It's for members only visible. But I should say, just try it. That is all. Just try it, what else can I advice? I am sitting here in sunny Holland, perfect weather, just try me.
Send Jullia Reda and a few Pirate Patry kids to the courtroom, start a Amsterdam Legal Lobby Group with Romaaanniaaa=>wikimedia.

Be my guest, Vig. Just try me. And I am not going wild, if Wmf doesn't't stop now with there shit and want to play it in this shitty way I just do it too, just like Lomax did. Cost me 2000 euro, no problem for me. And shut up BURob13 because you are spreading wikiwise legal bullshitout of your wrong end and have no idea where you are talking about because it is Utter Fucking Bullshit what you are predicting. Hurry up, the patatos in the field are waiting for you, and the cows too. Member of WMF's legal team by the way? Or are you one of there "top lawyers"?

I will read it later all, Vig. But what you suggested is governing by shitstorm. And I have understand you have three firms on your belly, wasn't it?

Well, Google get fine after fine what they pay and that just go on with governing by shitstorm, although uncle Alex Vos said that he didn't wanted it anymore in the EU, And I have a nice video for you too:

And I write something in Dutch for you, and you may find out yourself what it means. It seems there is also a nice video of our state hotels for man, but I can't find it now.
But maybe this is a message you understand, Vig. Because you don't understand the situation, het kwartje valt niet.

Als je je voordeel er niet mee kunt doen, kun je er nog altijd je achterdeel mee doen.

(of course I don't mean this personal, Vig, but in general for people who are thinking governing by shitstorm is a bright idea.)

So, now time for a little Belgium beer and dinner.

P.P.S. Just to clear thinks up for GS: I don't work for the WMF or its legal reps, but I've been party to several legal cases and I've been an expert witness in several others.
I'm pretty sure I have a better grasp of the US legal system than a Goldmember cosplayer, however uncanny the resemblance.

My god, does that make you to a expert? Fuck off, you just proclaimed a lot of legal cows poop.

I know that Martin is real.
I've dug into things...

Is Graaf simply a malignant manifestation of MPD?

Poor man.

Well, have a little chat with Bart, he said about the same about me and was a legal advisers of WMF if I am right informed. It was just bullshit, a lot of legal bullshit you was proclaiming Vig, and that was what was. You are a nice guy, but really what legal nonsens you was telling. It is legal suicide man, what you was suggesting! .

Countersue are in Europe a gift go god. Why? Because most times/always it is bluff of the one who is wrong. The tactic. act stupide, and wait till they start a trail. They absolute must have the impression you are a even bigger lunatic then they are.
Cost you nothing, you don't need a lawyer, nothing. Well, at the end you put a contraclaim in the trail, and cash. Very simple effective and always a price. You always score! I love them! Yes, I really love them! Claims of lunatics, special the lower governments are a perfect target in Holland because there you find the most shitty lawyers you can imagine. Still a pity the Dutch chapter has withdrawn there legal claim.

@Vig, instead of trying to hide your stupidity behind a lot of bluff you can also say I was just wrong. And it might be a idea just to say, yes Martin, you was right. Because now you act a bit the same as Romainia and that is not a compliment. You remind me of him.
Where is your pirate flag by the way, Vig? The pentagon is waiting for you!

Vig, stop this insane nonsens and leave my family out of it. What you sugested is not the way to win a law case, really not. It is bullshit. I am absolute not sure if Lomax will make it, but not in the way you suggested, it is bull. Sorry. And that is all. Stop your childish behaving,

By the way, I did't see my brother 30 years, so that also insane.
