Global Checkuser coming to a WMF wiki near you

The WMF is getting close to implementing their newest shitshow, Global Checkuser and it might be available in the next few months:

With all the abusive use of the Checkuser tools that happen now I can only imagine the carnage when this is released.

Some things that are bound to happen once this is released:
- Some outing (Fluffernutter and Courcelles are married for example) and there are going to be a lot more on other projects with similar situations. Some of these might get outed when Bbb23 or other Global CU's start linking accounts.
- There are going to be a lot of people who edit positively on one project and are banned on others. Now they will be effectively banned across the WMF once some new account is recognized to some other previously created account.
- Privacy issues: We all know that the CU's maintain their own personal off wiki tracking of CU's information. Now that will extend globally. Can the WMF assure us that some government agency doesn't have CU data and can now associate accounts to people worldwide?

Those are just a few concerns I have.
