Let me spell it out for you: the email contained racist language. It specially called for extra consideration based on SKIN COLOR. This is insane. What does skin color have to do with "online moderation"? Does skin pigment cause people to moderate online a certain way? What shade of skin color do we have to be answer this "special call", how much pigmentation do we need? The whole SJW nonsense is completely insane and inane. Skin color doesn't make you think a certain way, or perceive the world in a certain way. Also, it doesn't matter who you fuck, so the whole LGBTQIA is equally stupid. Just because you fuck a certain type of person doesn't make you think a certain way.

In the US, racism is a big problem, and has been for a long time. As a result, people who are discriminated against as a group are at many disadvantages in our society. Encouraging discriminated against groups to hold positions of power helps those groups of people by making their viewpoint known.
