WR backup forum:

It may become our new home at this rate. Auggie is trying to appeal to ProBoards.

Oh well lost again.

The secret to a stable Proboards forum lies in controlling the members generally and not their content specifically. That's one small reason, among many, why Wikipediocracy is still at it.

The REAL secret to a stable proboards forum is to not waste time being on proboard. The Admins there are wikipedia lovers.

The forum needs to be Torpedo resistant and Propboard's hull is made of glass.

But never mind. See a forum as a newspaper. In early days we wrapped fish in it the next day. Only a wikiidioot like Moira saves all kinds of links, to "use" them against people. Normal people does't. They read something, and that's it.

We had to learn it the hard way. I didn't even have a chance to overthrow Auggie, take his throne, wear his crown, and steal his gold. It might've been a toilet, a Burger King hat, and fancy chocolate in gold foil, but I still would've been an emperor, darn it!

For at least a couple of months I've thought to myself that WR-2 wasn't going to last there.

You're really good at research, Joe. Thanks!

After he criticized me, I'd like to know how he does it.

Two data-points from here:

A) The number of ads doubled in the week or so before WS1 (PB) was wiped out, and

B) I was literally preparing to delete a Dark Knight post (whom I like) that criticized Greg Kohs' business as a "sham" (or something like that) and the site vanished under my fingers. The Dark Knight's post was maybe 36 hours old.

We also had some trouble (months before) with that guy "Axe" because he posted some crap about Wikipedia administrator "Ohnoitsjamie." Note: I believe that "identifying" is neither "outing" nor "doxxing."

In the meantime, there's also several people at the WMF *with legal and financial support* that probably go after genuine Wikipedia criticism websites.

Thank You...

As a matter of observation, it seems this place is getting traction. It will be interesting how the troglytes from the world of Wikipedia love will try to take down this forum.
