Wikimedia-NL promotes translating from other wiki's in a special program, het Wikipedia:Educatieprogramma/ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalers. And why is this so dangers?
1) Translators are not experts. Neither are the people who ask for a translation.
2) Misinformation is spread over the whole world in this way.
3) An article can be in one country a copyright infringement, and in a other not. And visa versa.
About the project. Interns of the ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalers translate articles were users of WP-NL are asking for, in a professional way. This is risky. Nor the translators or the people who ask for translations most times don't know anything about the subject. They only see a article what looks good, but the users (autistics) who are asking for the translations are not able to judge if it's a reliable article. In this way there is a huge change misinformation of other Wiki's is imported in WP-NL. Or copyright infringements.
About copyright:
The CC license has not any official status, and doesn't give any protection. And according to the terms of use the one who place the article on WP-NL is responsible, in this case the Intern. And although WMF denied it in their terms of use, for sure WP-NL is under the American and Dutch copyright law according to legel experts, and these two legal systems are total different . For these reason translating articles is the same like playing (legal) Russian roulette. And of course for Wikimedia-NL it's also risky, because the Interns work sometimes out of there office in Utrecht. So, in no way Wikimedia is independent anymore. Wikimedia has a direct influence on the content of Wikipedia, something they claim not to have.

Help! Artikelen voor vertaling gezocht!
Studenten van de IVT Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalen vertalen al sinds enige tijd voor hun stage artikelen uit een klein aantal vreemde talen naar het Nederlands. Nadat de afgelopen tijd studenten artikelen uit het Duits, Italiaans en Frans hebben vertaald, is er nu een student werkzaam voor het Spaans, en 2 studenten voor het Engels. Zijn er voor deze 2 talen artikelen waarvan je graag een vertaling zou zien op de Nederlandse Wikipedia, aarzel dan niet om een verzoek te doen op de projectpagina! Vooral de lijst van Engelse artikelen kan nog wel wat uitbreiding gebruiken. Ben je benieuwd naar het werk dat de studenten tot nu toe verricht hebben? Neem dan een kijkje op deze lijst. Die Statler schrijft een topic waarin hij uitlegt waarom het volslagen, maar dan ook volslagen onverantwoord is wat jullie doen, weet je wat?(link to this topic) Ik gooi er eens een schepje op in de kroeg.
Waar zit toch dat verstand van jouw, man, je begrijpt toch zelf wel dat het godsonverantwoord is wat jullie doen? of niet soms? Ik ben eigenlijk bang van niet......
Kan je het schelen als het mis gaat, toch maar een staigere. Het is gewoon van de zotte wat jullie flikken.
