I mean, who needs good writing, peer review, and neutrality anyway? We all know that the true purpose of the Encyclopedia for centuries was sockpuppet investigations.
Basically, every user fights sockpuppetry, or is a sock. Alternate accounts that are undisclosed are socks, editing while logged out is socking, and having friends that share your views is meatpuppetry, which is basically sockpuppetry. Please note that you are mostly exempt from these rules if you have the "correct" viewpoints on certain issues.

Or all three.
Like any good game design it can't be too easy or too hard or it's boring.

Wikipedia adminning isn't "easy" or "hard". It's completely irrational and undefined. Making it the worst game ever invented.

Another idea: Awards are given to users that have socked the least. For instance, one could create an account and never use it. That person would automatically receive an award/barnstar every ten years.
The only other award would be based on the number of successful sockpuppet investigations, of course.
