Worth highlighting this part....
brand health is weak among young audiences in our key revenue countries, presenting long term fundraising challenges. 18−24-year-olds are generally less likely to consider the brand, use it, or recommend it to their friends. This is the case across all markets, with particular issues in the United States, Germany, and South Africa, where most young people wouldn't recommend the brand
That chart is just strange, assuming that the two-letter codes are country codes.

Why do they include Egypt, but not Nigeria? Russia but not Ukraine? UAE but not Saudi?

Granted, excluding Israel and Poland is somewhat to be expected at the moment  , but why isn't there data for lesser or even greater Brittany?

Russians having a more favorable view of Wikipedia than Germans or Americans is somewhat unexpected given (at least) en.wp's NATOnic tilt.

The negative results across nearly all age-groups in its native US seem like it would be a strong signal of something, if only they had given readers even the faintest glimmer of a clue as to where they'd pulled this chart out from...

Dead typical for the WMF. They do a great job of making fools think they are "open and honest". But they are sitting on vast oceans of statistics about their projects, oceans that we rarely or never learn about.

I can PROVE they suppress information when it doesn't serve their glorious needs. The old statistics pages were mostly replaced by this thing, which makes everything look happy-smiley and simple. (It's NEVER simple.) Most of the outside projects listed under WP:STATISTICS are broken links, abandoned, or otherwise defunct. The histories for Special:Statistics disappeared many years ago--with no explanation.

The WP raw edit statistics table was very important at one time and heavily referred to. in January 2010 they stopped updating about half the columns, and in December 2018 they stopped updating ALL of it. Why? It shows that edit activity on en-WP started to decline in 2009-2010. After 2010, the number of edits and new articles fell off. Meanwhile the WMF was painting a rosy picture of WP edit activity. Plot the columns for "Wikipedian edits" and new articles per day on a graph. It's not a pretty picture.
