In the 2000s, it used to be that majority of active editors in Wikipedia are Jews and Israelis, at least according to public impression and conception of the website such as a Dramatica entry about it I saw back in the old days. Now it is pretty much no longer the case anymore as the Holocaust distortions, which would've been unthinkable in the 2000s, stay unfixed.
What changed? Being out-matched and exhausted by antisemitic trolls?
