I have one. Any idea of what countries to check? Where I live, I get the banner.
Well, I'm in Denmark, so consider that one already checked with great confidence.
Otherwise, perhaps check one random country in the EU, and one in Europe not part of the EU. Further, then one or two countries per continent.
So, perhaps (random suggestions)
- Spain
- Switzerland
- England
- South Africa
- Morocco
- Brazil
- Argentina
- Canada
- Australia
- Japan
- Russia
(and I think we can safely omit Antarctica  )
Should I check enwiki or the local language wiki?
"Globally banned" since September 5, 2023 for exposing harassment.

Given that I'm not seeing any difference on en.wiki and da.wiki, then I strongly suspect that you only need to check either - so en.wiki will likely suffice just fine.

They really need to grow up......Jimmy Wales, noted Ayn Rand fanboy writing "We're still not on the market" is utterly hilarious if you know his history and the early history of Wikipedia.
Still "Globally Banned" on Wikipedia for the high crime of journalism.
