Only one of the two has advertised their victimhood (long past, in this case) for the better part of a century, going on to coin the word 'genocide', create international law against genocide and in some nations impose laws against denying the genocide of which they were victims (which I don't, for the record), only to turn around and attempt a genocide using public resources cadged from America and other western nations. I'm appalled by the hypocrisy and barbarism of it. No, I don't mean to imply all Jews support this, yet it's so absurd and two-faced I can hardly believe it. There is no moral ambiguity here, from my point of view. It's evil. Or at the very least, it displays a profound lack of honor and objectivity. Many politicians and public figures push for immigration and wax indignant about any ethnic impropriety here in the USA also simultaneously lend their support (and lots of public money) to the ethnic cleansing of Palestine. Not only is it a moral travesty, it's also quite insulting.

It seems like every state department press briefing has been like this since last October - that is, full of evasive, abstract non-answers whenever the subject of Israel comes up.
