At this point either the Global Ban List will be quietly deleted and WMFers will look quizzically* if anybody mentions a ban list or "Wikibanning" or "bannination" or any of the other cutesy names people came up for the banning process OR (and I think this will be the case) the list stays, is eternal, and nobody else gets on list....so it becomes another failed WikiProject. Inside the WMF there may arise a private shitlist, but nobody else will get a letter or email saying that they have been banned, they will just be blocked and ignored if they email or call the WMF.
