Let's take a look at Benetti. In the mid 1980s the company went bust after it underestimated the cost of making a very famous yacht called the Nabila. Fortunately, Benetti was bought out by another Italian company, Azimut Yachts.

The Nabila was owned for a while by the world's richest man, Adnan Khashoggi. When Khashoggi got into financial difficulties, the Nabila was seized by the Sultan of Brunei and then sold to Donald Trump. As you may know, Trump used the yacht as a tourist attraction at Farley Marina in Atlantic City. Ever hit the casinos in New Jersey?

1. The Benetti Mediterraneo
For about 14.5 million Euros this could be yours. I could put you in contact with brokers in London, Monaco or NZ and perhaps get a discount of 1-2%. The Mediterraneo is a work of art: it measures 116 feet and features 5 luxurious staterooms. So far, 5 hulls have been produced.

2. The Benetti Delfino
Slightly cheaper is this 95-foot gem. I really love this yacht!

3. The Benetti Fast 125
This is my favorite right now. It'll cost you about 18 million Euros [depending on customization options], but you will truly be King of the Seas! The model shown here is the Constance Joy. She blew everyone away when Benetti premiered her at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2017.

Beauties. You don't mind if we split them in their own topic? Pick a nice title.

Ah, I've been to Monaco four times in the 1990s. Had a boat trip and a helicopter flight (they have a heliport).

I would absolutely name my yacht the J.P. Morgan.

Now starting a GoFundMe...

Ooh la la. I've only been there twice.

I remember the cars parked outside the Monte Carlo Casino. Wow! I remember too the extraordinary security in those underground shopping arcades.

I imagine that helicopter flight must've been something pretty special.

Believe it or not, a shipyard in China churned out a near replica of J.P. Morgan's superyacht, the Corsair IV.

Launched in 2008 and christened Nero, it's surprisingly affordable. Yours for just US$ 70,000,000

EDIT. Some pics and blurb about J.P. Morgan's Corsair IV

There's no Wikipedia article about this, btw, so if you wanna give it a go ....

According to Wikipedia, the HTMS Chakri Naruebet may very well be the largest superyacht.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTMS_Chakri_Naruebet

Other than disaster relief, the carrier's few other departures from port are for a single training day per month[9], and transportation of the Royal Family of Thailand,[citation needed] leading to claims by some naval commentators that the ship is merely an oversized royal yacht.

Careful now. If Anyone were to quote this or show any sign of agreement, he would be lashed fifty times for disrespecting the deities. I'm guessing pretty much all of his nearly seventy employees would be willing to turn him in!

If only we knew if it was true or not. Wikipedia eh? Let anyone edit, even Anyone.

Hey, I just got it! :D
