That's Greg Kohs's website. He was a regular on WR and WPO but he's been "scarce" since 2016. The "most hated man on Wikipedia", partly because he was paid-editing with sock accounts, and partly because he openly mocked Wikipedia management many many times.
There is actually some useful content on his wiki. Not that it matters--the little shits have "closed ranks" against him permanently, like Grawp or Amorrow, or dozens of other WEDONTLIEKHIM editors.
Any kind of "reference website thing" operation is secondary to petty revenge.
