Looks as awful as the P.A. Luty submachine gun, which you can home-build from the plans in Luty's book. It works as built, but the design needs improvement to make it comfortable to fire and more accurate. Kalashnikov maniac Brandon Herrera (who is trying to build a .50 caliber AK rifle that actually works) had his shop build a Luty -- it's a laugh riot.

Still "Globally Banned" on Wikipedia for the high crime of journalism.
