Bibliowiki moves to South Korea

Due to something called digital nafta, and the sysadmin deciding to retire on Nov 1st, I am busy moving Bibliowiki from Canada to South Korea.
Bibliowiki is like Wikisource with a shorter copyright term, started in 2006.

After the Battle Of The Century I will give a update of my RC model trains, the latest developments.

I have pretty much done the setup now, and look at
all these new users... such a shame they are all spammers and vandals.
