Not to me. Silicon Valley is crawling with Teslas. And every day there, one or two (at least!) get into accidents.
This is why there are people who make a job out of piecing working cars together out of wrecked Teslas, usually Model S. They do it because Tesla itself charges a FORTUNE for labor and parts and refuses to sell any parts to DIYers; the demand for Teslas is very high (used ones keep their value better than any other car on the US market); and Tesla goes around aggressively discouraging established repair shops from working on their cars once out of warranty. Plus they are VERY complicated and full of electronics. Fixing a Tesla is for the determined and resourceful.
At least two of them have YouTube channels.

cleantechnica.com is supposed to be a site dedicated to "renewable energy" in general. But it keeps reading like paid Tesla propaganda.
They run charts like this, which imply that Tesla is killing Mercedes-Benz and BMW and Lexus etc.
https://cleantechnica.com/2018/12/25/23 ... la-charts/(The chart "Top 20 Light Vehicles in USA" is hilarious and all too believable. Yes, American manchildren want themselves pickup trucks with shitty gas mileage. The only thing keeping Ford in business is the F-150 truck.)
And this shows how hostile business-media coverage of Tesla is:
https://cleantechnica.com/2018/12/24/a- ... report-16/Why there's even a "slut-shaming" chart to "out" journalists who totally said something bad about Tesla!! OMG!!
