We know the OP is not the brightest bulk in the pack, because what he wants to do is RCP
However, he might also be very young, and working in the salt mines can be educational. It's dangerous, though, because it can be addicting, which doesn't mean "bad," but if something is addicting we may continue it when it is no longer serving our life.
So I'm going to offer some advice as to how to do what he wants to do.
Unless you want to get into complicated tricks, give it a rest for three months. Get rid of your Wikipedia cookies. If you were using fixed access, use something else. (Supposedly data more than three months old is dumped. That's true, as to the raw data, but if you have attracted much attention, some checkusers keep data, and there may be checkuser data on checkuserwiki.)
To avoid deja vu all over again, you need to understand how and why you were blocked. Until you have a very well-established new identity, you will need to avoid Favorite Topics *completely.* And even then, with a good record, go back and the whole thing might blow up.
So when you are past the normal checkuser window at least three months, from your last sock access, you can register an account and start making edits that everyone will see as helpful. RCP is pretty crowded, but if you are quick, you can get some edits in. Read stuff and correct small errors. Learn to find and add sources. Stay away from any controversy until you have years of experience under your belt. Until then, though, read the noticeboards and ArbCom cases. Don't comment until you are well beyond needing advice.
You can also edit other wikis, such as Wikibooks, Wikiquote, Wikisource, Wikiversity. Learn to collaborate with a community. You could also register and edit on RationalWiki, they are always looking for retards.
(Seriously it can be a rough community, but it is a wiki and you can edit it.)
Mostly, being blocked on Wikipedia will be irrelevant to the other WMF wikis. There can be exceptions, but there are people who were blocked on Wikipedia who went on to become administrators on other WMF wikis.

You can get a new account name, there are many details, but core will be a commitment to not return to the behavior that got you blocked or banned. I looked at your SPI case and there was concern about your ability to work with others. This is an issue that will dog you your entire life if you don't address it. So you could consider all this as an opportunity.
Use it well.
