the little bastard has no control over it anyway. Would be most hilarious to see him try to sell it now--since he already tried before the setup of the WMF, and failed hard as a diamond. Also tried to sell ad space and was attacked relentlessly.

You raise a good point: the begging for money has reached new extremes. I'm beginning to wonder if the new WMF management has decided to keep pushing the giant pop-up banner ads on en-wiki permanently--because they WORK. And unquestionably they all want to be millionaires--without doing any actual work.
