Maybe someone should ask that fat bunghole Andy Mabbett (a major editor of CommonSpirit Health) why this article is so blandly positive. (It seems that Andy was stupid enough to trust Jeremy at A+P, a PR company employee and a good candidate for a paid editor looking to make CommonSpirit look as good as possible.) You are an asshole, Mister Mabbett.

Because I have no doubt that CommonSpirit, which started out as two Catholic hospital nonprofits that claim to serve "vulnerable and underserved populations", has got some problems with greed and sleaze and sheer incompetence. And let me list a few for ya (which are NOT mentioned on Wikipedia anywhere).

Do you like to peruse the WP contributions of crazy people? I have a prime example for you.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:LUOF (good luck reading that userpage!)

the principal author of

https://xtools.wmcloud.org/articleinfo/ ... ted_States

plus all the later sub-articles arranged by year and month, because the main article was a gigantic mess. Random example:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_k ... ember_2013

You also see Primefac in this subject area constantly. Read our previous thread about Primefac.

On the one hand, Wikipedia should have something like this about police shootings. On the other hand, it appears to attract obsessed ragey types, which doesn't tend to result in "good" or "accurate" content. And Primefac is bad news even on a good day.

their userpage history is interesting. this could be a sock of Jenny8lee who has her own article and claims to be a longtime friend of Wikipedia, since the Jimmy Wales days.

she seems to be a tech fangirl and recently contributed this stub article on Ballmer Peak which should qualify as a crap article itself:
The Ballmer Peak is a concept that refers to the idea that programmer who is appropriately intoxicated can achieve a high level of productivity. The concept is named after former Microsoft CEO, Steve Ballmer,[1] and is likely a play on Balmer series of hydrogen spectral lines named for the scientist Johann Balmer.[2] It was popularized in 2007 through the xkcd comic.[1]

There is no scientific basis for the Ballmer Peak, though researchers have studied adjacent topics, such as the impact of inebriation on problem solving.[3]
thats the article. ive seen worse, of course.

almost everything LUOF contributed was to that series of articles which makes me think it could be a "legit sock" for editing in controversial areas (in 2011 it was probably still a controversial topic).

It's not like she was editing many userpages either, that was the only one.

Interesting point, I figured Lee was socking all over WP. Of course she would. A good little fangirl would love WP because she can abuse it for her own greasy little self-promoting ends.

Example: the article about her film The Search For General Tso was created by an obvious sock called Factchecker12345. Who edited nothing but content connected directly to Jennifer 8. Lee. She also edited the article about the film's director Ian Cheney under the Jenny8lee account, openly. It stinks.

Have yet ANOTHER medical article, that is so badly written, you have to wonder if the author(s) were stoned out of their ever-living minds when they assembled it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nirsevimab
In the main description:
It was developed by AstraZeneca and Sanofi.[9][10] Nirsevimab was approved for medical use in both the European Union[8][15] and the United Kingdom in November 2022,[4] in Canada in April 2023,[1][16] and in the United States in July 2023.[14] Alternatively, in October 2023 the CDC recommended maternal RSVpreF vaccination during pregnancy, though both are not needed in most infants.
In the "Medical uses" part:
In the United States, nirsevimab is indicated for the prevention of RSV lower respiratory tract disease in neonates and infants born during or entering their first RSV season and children up to 24 months of age who remain vulnerable to severe RSV disease through their second RSV season.[5][14] Alternatively, in October 2023 the CDC recommended maternal RSVpreF vaccination during pregnancy, though both are not needed in most infants.[17]
Are we expected to take this article seriously? You can thank these two for most of it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lenny_(bot)

Basically no lead, second section is prescriptive and irrelevant, and the third section (the only one that actually has any real content) is poorly written and only describes specific technical and details and not the overall purpose and function of the subject of the article. It is also partially sourced from a Reddit comment (which isn't even linked).

Also the author's userpage is very weird: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Uncoolstorybro This was made after only thirty edits, almost all of which are content contributions. This seems like a sock or troll. I highly doubt that someone with thirty edits would know about "userboxen" and "vandal fighting".

Some random news article by the BBC. Only exists to have a "reception" section to push negative views about the BBC article.

Created by Bilorv, a name we have seen before. Bilorv is a complete kook IMO and was heavily involved in the hounding of Floquenbean and Fram. Loves stage magicians, maths, and hounding people over gay/transgender issues.
