Still get the impression that all this SDSU fraternity-house business (and various other things you passed to me) connect to real-estate related corruption being "quietly" practiced by SDSU management. Which easily explains why you're on shitlists and no one returns your calls.

Still think you should start an "SDSU dirt" site, preferably using something other than miserable old Blogspot. I could get a friend to set up a Wordpress blog or a Squarespace for your use. Get a couple other disgruntled SDSU people onboard and it's off to the races.

It's the "other disgruntled SDSU people" that will be the challenge -- they seem to have employees under NDAs or the threat of NDAs.
